Patent registration and patent commercialization

Patent - "the exclusive right of use given to  the owner of an invention for a limited time."

Patent can be a process or product in any field of technology. patent license for an invention request needs to be submitted to the patents office of the relevant country.

A Patent prevents any person, other than its owner, to exploit and take advantage of it without the patent holder's permission. It is important to note that this right is relevant only after the patent is approved.

There are so many existing patents and products around the world that we do not know of / or are unaware of their existence, therefore the first thing to do is research.

After researching, a request must be submitted to the Patent Application office, this will be examined by a team of professional patents checkers.

Patents received in the state of Israel are valid only in the State of Israel. To protect your patent abroad you must submit patent applications in each country where patent protection is required.
